What’s possible in 6 months?
I’m seeing a pattern within my Radical Strategy program.
Business owners and corporate leaders come to Radical Strategy coaching overwhelmed with ideas, tasks, big goals, and challenges. With one common refrain: “I’m stuck and don’t know how to move forward.”
And in the first six months of the process, I help you thoughtfully align your Soul and Strategy: where you get radically clear on where to focus in your business or life based on your soul’s blueprint.
We set clear stakes in the ground and plant seeds.
After three months of radical focus, we have some data and information.
We can alter the business model, shift the focus area to the next bottleneck.
We can try new experiments, because we have given enough time for some repetitions and some integration.
Again, you set out with a clear focus on something to try next, for another 3 months.
But after six months… I’m seeing a change in depth.
The seeds you planted 6 months ago are starting to sprout.
Roots are starting to form.
The priorities and the path become clearer.
And self-trust is guiding the way.
The change is staggering. And it’s just starting.
You can now start implementing systems to support your and your team’s growth, incorporating rhythm, flow, clear boundaries and communication.
You now begin looking at seasons and cycles in your business to ensure your sustainability across energy, finances, time, and risk management.
You consider your legacy and impact - how you can embed justice and regeneration into your business and life from the start.
Six months is magic - and so we need a mid-year review.
You have half a year’s information on what’s working and what’s not working.
You can deepen with the information you have or you can change direction.
You are a different person, with potentially different intentions.
Regardless of your political views, some massive shifts have happened in the last 6 months.
To say you and your goals are the same would be to diminish the impact of the environment on our nervous systems, our souls, and our dreams and desires.
So I ask you to set aside some time to reflect on the last six months and what you’d like out of the next six.
What ideas have had impact?
How have you changed?
What new ideas and seeds would you like to plant now to grow during the summer and fall?
