Through a holistic business assessment, we’ll start to understand what’s really going on in your business at the roots.

I review your business foundations through an in-depth assessment: your business design, marketing and sales processes, internal systems, and your financial metrics. That way you get my full brain focusing on the core areas that impact your business during the intensive.

Design: 2-Hour Intensive

We dive deep on the area of your business that’s the biggest bottleneck for your growth and give you a real action plan.

New offers or positioning? Revised pricing? Updated marketing and sales strategies? Team communication processes?
