Pre-Work: Dig In

Through a holistic business assessment, we’ll start to understand what’s really going on in your business. We’ll review your metrics, your business model, your methods, and sink into your business vision and mission.

You’ll have a clear assessment of where you stand in your business.

Phase 1: Diagnose

Based on where you are and your vision for the next chapter of your business, we make a clear diagnosis of the bottlenecks standing in the way of a business that is financially and energetically sustainable.

You’ll have a clear view of your business model and offer strategy, your key sales and marketing metrics, and your priority business roots to address.

Phase 2: Design

We work together to design and implement the business solutions for those core bottlenecks. New offers? Revised pricing? Updated marketing and sales strategies? Team communication processes?

Each month, we’ll define your priority projects and tackle any challenges that come up together in ongoing advisory sessions.

Phase 3: Deliberate Action

We instill the Deeper Business Operating System into your business, ensuring you’re taking action on your key business priorities while reviewing the critical metrics and indicators of a healthy, sustainable business.

We’ll update your Deeper Business Dashboard monthly, and quarterly we’ll deep dive and decide on the next root system to address.

Bi-Weekly Advisory Calls. We work on your stuff in real time. Dedicated support from a real guide here to dig into tactical problem solving, help you focus and prioritize, or be a sounding board or thought partner.
Monthly Deeper Business Operating System. Update your metrics and plan your month together to keep your eye on the most crucial parts of your business.
You get unlimited Voxer (messaging app) support from me Monday - Friday, 9-5pm EST, where you can get my brain on your business - and make sure you don’t get stuck between sessions.
Access to all my most up to date strategies and templates. I will give you access to new strategies that are working in my businesses if it meets your specific goals.
Access to any workshops or trainings during our engagement.
